Classical Lessons
We offer Classical Riding Lessons giving you the opportunity to ride Iberian classically trained horses. Our horses are trained in all the lateral movements including Shoulders In, Leg Yield, Half pass, Travers and Renvers. You can also experience the more advanced Classical school movements such as Piaffe, Passage, Spanish Walk and Flying Changes. Lessons normally last an hour. They are given in the light and airy 20m x 40m indoor school with full mirrors on one short side and a gallery on the opposite short side with seating for 100 people.
No previous experience in Classical Dressage is required. A weight limit of 13 stone or 82kg is applicable. This may be less for some horses.

We are also offering one-off lesson, a number of lessons per day, and/or over a few days can be accommodated. Lesson Gift vouchers are available. There are a variety of local places to stay from a family run hotel to a variety of B&Bs and self-catering cottages to make the visit even more memorable. You can bring your own horse for a one off lesson or have your horse at livery where you can ride the schoolmasters while your horse receives expert training.
